Construction Project Engineer Responsibilities · Provide on-site Project Engineering expertise for cellular concrete projects ranging from geotechnical to building construction applications. · Develop testing and inspection reports as needed on assigned tasks to see that these items are complete, accurate and in accordance with good engineering practice. · Technically involved in the resolution of cellular concrete mix design problems that may include performing field investigations or inspections, detailed design work and detailed checking of design computations done by others or general coordination of specific design aspects into a project. · Construction engineering design for field projects, using AutoCad or other design tools. · Work with Building Codes departments and city/state/federal organizations for authorizations, permits, inspections, etc. · May occasionally supervise and schedule work of other team members. · Prepare estimates and proposals on small to large CoreTech Cellular Concrete Construction (CCCC) projects. · Requires travel to US and international projects as dictated by projects. Education Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred. PE certification a plus. Experience Minimum three years experience in engineering design, structural design, field engineering and project engineering of land development and/or public works projects required. Experience in construction techniques and CAD design tools required. Additional experience in Project Management a plus.

Manufacturing Plant Manager Responsibilities · Reports to the President and is responsible for managing all manufacturing, quality, plant engineering, plant personnel, safety and production related activities within the Plant while optimizing the use of shared resources. · In partnership with the Manufacturing Engineers at assigned Plant, drives for Low Cost, Highly Efficient Operations with Production Management, Engineering, QC, Administration,and Marketing Teams. · Maintains a non-union work environment. · Responsible for plant staffing, human resources implementation, safety and employee training. · Provides the focal point for engineering/technical support, implementation of key initiatives and problem solving for Plant. May be called upon to provide technical assistance to other Groups or Markets within CoreTech on an as-needed basis. · Organize/prioritize engineering assignments and manage Plant Manufacturing Engineering activities. Provide support and direction to engineering personnel. · Coordinates the use of corporate, plant and external resources. · Communication with Technical and Executive management. · Responsible for other duties as assigned. · Requires travel to US and international projects as dictated by projects. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical) from a reputable Engineering school preferred. Experience Must have 5 to 7 years minimum experience in Manufacturing Plant Management and/or Engineering and at least 3 years in Maintenance. Must have a combined total of 3+ years in management, including personnel and manufacturing management. Must be recognized and respected for Engineering and Problem Solving skills. Must understand the cost drivers of manufacturing operations. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Must have at least medium proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Power Point. MS Project experience required. Understanding of construction products and applications a plus.

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities · The Manufacturing Engineer will manage new projects from customer orders to launch into manufacturing. He/she will work with Engineering, Sales/Marketing and Manufacturing to ensure that projects are put into production on time and within budget. · Develop current product quotes, establish a launch team, and create a project timeline. Prepare or oversee preparation of manufacturing design drawings, specifications and procedures, and develop standards and specifications. Ensure that molds are built in time and within budget. Manage mold sampling and QC process. Review and develop new engineering methods to include automated assembly, robots, etc. Ensure a smooth transition to manufacturing. · Ensure the manufacturability of new and exiting products by participating in the product design and development process. Challenge and suggest alternative approaches. Carefully consider potential negative effects due to tolerances, scale-ups and procurement related/obsolescence issues. · Develop and implement methods for monitoring and testing the quality of incoming and finished goods. Identify and implement programs to improve the manufacturability and reliability of products. Implement ISO9000 and other quality standards into the manufacturing environment as appropriate. · Supplier quality management to insure vendor/supplier raw materials meet manufacturing demands. · Support manufacturing operations and the marketing department as required, including the training of production operators regarding new equipment/processes. · Support installation, qualification, and validation of new and existing equipment and processes. · Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding technical specifications and alternatives, including the procurement of project related materials and components. Generate specification control drawings as means of communication with vendors and suppliers. · Create/implement programs for volume demand increases and cost reduction improvements reducing manual labor or improving process/equipment yield. · Proper troubleshooting techniques and failure analyses for resolving problems developed on the production floor or at customer sites. · Design efficient product packaging and packaging methods · Design customized solutions of an existing product to meet customers request. · Travel to Corporate HQ and remote plant sites as required, including the potential for limited international travel. Education BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. Training in TQM, ISO9000, and other quality control methodology a plus. PLC certification a plus. Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus. Sales Account Manager Responsibilities · Has primary responsibility for identifying, targeting, qualifying and signing contracts with accounts while building and fostering relationships with customers. · This position will focus on assessing profitability of business solutions/ideas and developing and presenting these to customers. · Acquires customers with large regional and/or national footprint. · May team with Marketing or Manufacturing to develop business solutions. · Communicates contract terms to Management. · Reports to Regional Sales Manager, and in his absence, the VP of Sales & Marketing. · Responsible for acquiring and managing long term relationships with small to large and simple to complex customers with large regional and/or national presence. Materials Development Engineer Responsibilities · Involved in the development, processing, and testing of the materials used to create a range of products for CoreTech, as defined by market and production demands. · Development of new materials in cellular concrete formulations, foaming agents, coatings, additives and related products. · Development of machinery, applications processes, manufacturing processes and QC procedures for manufacturing, development and testing of developed materials and products. · Work with chemical processes, metals, ceramics, cement materials, foams, polymers, plastics, and mechanical/electrical equipment necessary for product development to meet market requirements. · Material selection for new product applications. · Create and develop materials from the atomic level up, using advanced processes including characteristics replication using computer modeling. · Reports to the Technical Director and in his absence, the President of the Company. · Works closely with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing and Executive staff. · Provides key materials development expertise for cellular concrete product development, ranging from geotechnical to building construction to undeveloped applications. · Develop testing and inspection reports as needed on assigned tasks to see that new product developments are complete, accurate and in accordance with good engineering and lab practice. · Documentation and maintenance of R&D documents and formulations, including protection of proprietary information. · May supervise additional R&D staff as directed. · Requires travel to US and international projects as dictated by projects. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering; PhD preferred. Experience Minimum five years experience in materials engineering, chemical process engineering or chemical development of products in concrete, construction engineering or coatings technology. Work within a respected laboratory environment preferred. Patents and/or publications in materials development a plus. Must be able to work both independently and in a Team environment.

Manufacturing Technicians take the product and application designs from Marketing, R&D, and Engineering and implement these designs into finished products for the consumer. Technical certifications through the Military or trade school is a plus. Lab Technicians require additional education in science. Facilities Technicians require training in plant maintenance or electricity. Experience Minimum three years experience in factory work in an automated manufacturing environment. Applicable military experience is acceptable. Experience in working with hands and manual dexterity is required. Ability to lift 50 pounds required. Lab Technicians require a minimum of 2 years additional experience in a laboratory environment. Facilities Technicians require additional experience in engineering or plant maintenance.
